Afghanistan looks to beat Ireland in their first ever full tour after winning the T20I series 3-0. Afghanistan will be mighty please with their massive win of 109 runs margin last match after they were left in a dire situation of 81/6 early in the match. The fifties from Mohammed Nabi, Ashgar Afghani and Rashid Khan helped their team to post a score of 223 runs. The Afghanistan has great depth in their batting line –up with a host of all-rounder’s. Aftab Ahmed then run through the Ireland batting order with his four wicket haul. Rashid Khan, Mujeeb Ur Rahman and Mohammed Nabi form an excellent spin troika that trample the scoring rate of the opposition batsmen. They skittled out Ireland for a meager score of just 114 runs last match.

Ireland would be disappointed with their loss in the last match after having Afghanistan in the back foot early in the match. This is their last chance to level the ODI series in the decider.  Their batting lineup has been their biggest worry so far. Andrew Balbirnie played a scintillating knock in the third ODI match to win it for Ireland. Paul Stirling and George Dockrell scored a fifty each and no other contribution from rest of the lineup.
