In the last test that they played against India, Litton Das and Mominul Haq were the stand-out performers for Bangladesh when it came to batting. Both scored a fifty in either inning and looked quite solid as the rest of the batting lineup fell prey to the Indian bowling. They will want a much-improved performance from the duo in the upcoming game.

The bowling department performed much better, as Shakib Al Hassan and Taijul Islam picked up 4 wickets each in the first innings, followed by a 5-wicket haul by Mehidy Hassan in the second. The bowling still seems quite strong compared to the batting unit, and a lot of eyes will be on them to perform.
