Bet NowBangladesh registered their first ever bi-lateral ODI series win against Sri Lanka after winning the first two matches comfortably. Bangladesh will look to make it 3-0 and whitewash Sri Lanka in this match. They will also look to test their bench strength by giving chances to some new players in this match. Sri Lanka will be dejected with the losses, but they need to gather themselves quickly and give a spirited performance to leave the tour with a victory. A victory in the final ODI will give a world of good for their confidence going ahead in the future matches.
Bangladesh was the led by Mushfiqur Rahim (125 runs) with a brilliant century on the conditions that are not easy to score. He shared a massive partnership of 87 runs with Mahmudullah (41 runs) which laid the platform for their innings. Rest of the batting unit must stand up and make contribution sin the final match.
Mehidy Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman once again stole the show with the ball claiming 3 wickets each in the match and gave runs at less than 3 RPO. Shoriful Islam and Shakib Al Hasan chipped in with vital wickets. Taskin Ahmed came as a concussion substitute for Mohammed Saifuddin in the last game.
Players to watch out for:
Mushfiqur Rahim: Rahim won back-to-back MoM awards for his 84 & 125 runs in the two matches. He has been the stalwart for Bangladesh batting and has scored nearly 40% of his team`s runs so far.
Mehidy Hasan: Mehidy Hasan has bowling figures of 4/30 & 3/28 in the two matches and has completed his quota of 10 overs in both matches. He strangles the batsmen in the powerplay and also has claimed 7 wickets so too.

Sri Lanka suffered yet another top order collapse as they were reeling at 89/5 in the half-way mark and they never really recovered as they ended with 141/9. Danushka Gunathilaka top scored with 24 runs in the game and no player in top-7 has a fifty across the two matches so far. Niroshan Dickwella might get a chance in playing XI in this match.
Their bowlers did a god job to restrict Bangladesh to 246 runs. Dushmanth Chameera and Lakshan Sandakan were superb with the ball and claimed 3 wickets each in the match. Isuru udana recovered from his 15-run first over to finish with figures of 9-0-48-2 in the match. Wanidu Hasaranga was economical with the ball with figures of 10-1-33-1 in the match.
Players to watch out for:
Danushka Gunathilaka: Gunathilaka got starts with scores of 24 & 21 in the two matches but failed to make it into a big score. He must look to make a big fifty or century at the top to help his team post a big total on board.
Wanidu Hasaranga: Hasaranga has given runs at just 4.05 RPO this series but has claimed just 1 wicket so far. He will look to continue his good form in the middle overs in this match too. He is also Sri Lanka`s top run scorer with 80 runs so far.
Kusal Perera (c & wk), Danushka Gunathilaka, Niroshan Dickwella, Kusal Mendis, Dhananjaya de Silva, Dasun Shanaka, Ashen Bandara, Wanindu Hasaranga, Isuru Udana, Lakshan Sandakan, Dushmantha Chameera

Dhaka is expected to have a cloudy and rainy weather on the match day. Rain might come and cause interruptions in the match, but we expect to get at least a shortened game.
Dhaka pitch is on the slower side and the ball will not come onto the bat nicely. Batsmen need to apply themselves to make a big score. Spinners will enjoy bowling here and pacers will bring the variations in the fore to trouble the batsmen. We expect the scores to be around 250-260 runs in this match too.
Bangladesh won the match batting first in both the matches and both captains will look to bat first in this match too. Pitch becomes tough to bat as the match progresses.
Bangladesh will be high on confidence and will look give their young players more chances in this match. They have a well settled batting and bowling attacks with only a very little to chop and change so far. Sri Lanka batting looks very brittle with no big contribution from anyone, and their bowling looks better with 2-3 players performing consistently so far. Sri Lanka will hope any of their top-6 batsmen stand up and deliver with a big score in this match. But we expect Bangladesh to win this match owing to their all-round strength and home conditions.
Bangladesh will win the match & whitewash the series 3-0
