The big-ticket contest between Brno Rangers and Brno Raiders!
Brno Raiders to win this game!
In the last game of the day and the 28th for the Czech Republic T10 Super Series, 2020 the Brno Rangers would be taking on the Brno Raiders. This will be the second game of the day for both the sides and they would have a fair idea about the conditions. With good hitters of the ball in both camps and a track that is likely to help batsmen play their strokes freely this can be a high scoring game.
On paper both the sides match well to one another going into this game. While the Rangers have a very strong batting line-up it is in the bowling department that they lack depth. Raiders are a team of all-rounders and this is something that may work to their advantage. However, a T10 contest is always open and with vast experience in both the sides we expect this to be a well-fought game.
It will be a tough battle for Vikram Padigala as he leads his side against his fellow mates from the club. The Raiders definitely boast of having good strength in their batting as well as bowling line-ups. Padigala would want his players to carry on with their natural game and not be overwhelmed by their opponents.
As far as their batting is concerned the side would look for a good start from openers Dylan Steyn and Vikram Padigala. Both of them have vast experience and need to make it count in this game. Ushan Gunathilake, Anthony Francis and Somesekhar Banerjee will have to do well towards the end of the innings against a good bowling unit.
Naveed Ahmed and Rahat Ali have many years of experience and their side’s bowling performance would rely on how well they bowl in the game. They will have to pick early wickets to apply pressure on the Raiders. Sandeep Tiwari will have to provide them with good support as the rest of the bowling attack is relatively inexperienced.

Anzer Khan would start relatively confident in this game as he is leading a strong side into this game. Having assessed the conditions well in the previous game the side would be looking to win this one and improve their chances of topping the points table. They are up against a good opponent and shall need to play well to win this one.
In Anzer Khan they have a good player at the top and he will be looking to start the proceedings well with his fellow opener Kudzai Chomusora. The middle-order looks strong with someone like Aamir Hussain having played a lot of cricket in the past.
Down the order, Muzamil Dodhy and Praveen Prasad will look to free their arms in the final overs of the game.
Ganesh Duraisamy has been one of the most successful bowlers in Czech cricket and he will look to pick early wickets with the new ball in company of Jaipal Singh Rathore. In Aamir Hussain they have a good first change bowler. Piyush Tripathi has also done well in the past and adds to the bowling options for the skipper.

It should be a good game of cricket as the weather forecast for July 4 is good where the skies would be clear. Batsmen will enjoy these conditions where the ball would come on to the bat nicely. Bowlers would have little margin for error on this surface and need to bowl tight lines. The side that bats first will be eying a score of around 100 runs.
Brno Cricket Ground is a small park with a lush green outfield that makes playing groundstrokes slightly difficult. Big hitters of the ball who play in the air have done well at this venue in the past. It is a ground where fast bowlers have done well with the new ball but spinners struggle due to the small size of the ground.
Sides that have batted first in this tournament have had results going in their favour. In the last 10 games sides that have batted first have won on 8 occasions. Hence both the teams would want to bat first in this game and aim at putting up a big total on the board making it difficult for the opposition.
This is expected to be a battle of nerves as both the Brno Rangers and the Brno Raiders would come into the game with very strong sides. The Rangers are known to have a very strong batting line-up with powerful hitters of the ball. On the other hand, the Raiders have several all-rounders in their ranks which provide the side with an edge. It will be a close contest and as of now, we believe the Brno Raiders are nose ahead of the Brno Rangers due to the depth in their batting as well as bowling.
