CSK suffered yet another loss going down against the Sunrisers Hyderabad by a big margin in their last game. RCB is continuing with its good show and the side comes here with a win against Mumbai Indians. 

Chennai Super Kings look short of confidence with four consecutive losses. Most of their key players have been in poor form and this is increasing the pressure on the side. They went down against Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets. Their top order has repeatedly failed and the bowling attack has been one of the weakest in years. Jadeja would like his side to put these losses behind and come up with a good show. 

Ruturaj Gaikwad has failed in all games and he is likely to make way for Devon Conway who will look to offer a good start with Robin Uthappa. Moeen Ali has played well and he has to set up partnerships with Shivam Dube and Ambati Rayudu. Jadeja, MS Dhoni, and Dwayne Bravo are clear hitters of the ball and the side would need them to bat well given the importance of this game.  

Mukesh Choudhary and Maheesh Theekshana did well with the ball in the last game and a good show would be needed from them against RCB’s strong batting line-up. Jadeja and Moeen Ali are experienced bowlers and it is high time they deliver with the ball in this must-win game. Tushar Deshpande is likely to come into the side for this game and he needs to bowl tight lines.

Faf du Plessis would be proud of the way his side is shaping up in the tournament. They defeated the Mumbai Indians in the last game by 7 wickets, their third consecutive win, and du Plessis would like to see his side perform the same way. His opponents are facing the heat and the RCB skipper would like to take advantage of it and improve his side’s position on the points table.  

Openers Faf du Plessis and Anuj Rawat have both scored runs in the tournament and the side would like to see a confident start from them. Virat Kohli’s return to form is the biggest news for the side and he would like to build partnerships with Dinesh Karthik and Glenn Maxwell. Shahbaz Ahmed, Wanindu Hasaranga, and David Willey add to the side’s batting strength down the order.
