Comilla Victorians are on a roll with 3 back to back wins. They have dominated the opposition in every department. Before smashing 184 runs batting first against Dhaka in their last game, Comilla Victorians had restricted the opposition to 133 and 135 runs in their previous games.

And the bowling form continued as they registered a 33-run win over Dhaka Dominators in Chattogram. Mosaddek Hossein and Tanvir Islam will be the key bowlers to watch out for in this side.

Hasan Ali has been inconsistent with the ball and was also the most expensive in their last outing. Another key player in the bowling attack is the left-arm fast-medium bowler Abu Haider Rony.

Liton Das and Mohammad Rizwan bring in plenty of international experience at the top and will be expected to make significant contributions. While skipper Imrul Kayes hasn’t been impressive at number 3, he would be expecting Johnson Charles and Khushdil Shah to finish the game for the side.

Dhaka’s only win of the season came while chasing a 114-run target in their opening game of the season. Since then, Dhaka Dominators have lost 3 matches while chasing a total and 2 while batting first. 

The batting has looked out of form. In spite of experienced players like Ahmed Shehzad and Soumya Sarkar in the top order, Dhaka Dominators haven’t found a good start.

Usman Ghani is a better replacement for Shehzad as the Afghan batsman has shown great promise with his performances. While Mohammad Mithun is a reliable middle-order batsman, his strike rate remains an issue.

Nasir Hossain is the only batter in the lower middle order who can score some quick runs at the death. This makes Dhaka less likely to score a big enough total to defend successfully.

Araful Haque can also be handy lower down the order and play a key role in a run chase. Arafat Sunny, Taskin Ahmed, and Nasir Hossain will be the key bowlers for Dhaka Dominators.
