Delhi Bulls to win
Tournament: Abu Dhabi T10 League 2021 | Format: T10 | Venue: Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi, UAE | Toss: To Bat
Bet NowIt is game no. 3 at the T10 League 2021 and Delhi Bulls would be up against the Bangla Tigers. Both these sides didn’t have much of happy experience last season and shall look to make a positive start to this edition. While it is a new look side for the Tigers the Bulls have retained some of the best players from the last season and would be hoping to click as a unit this year.
Bangla Tigers are dependent on their openers as there is lack of experience in the middle order when compared to their opponents. It will be interesting to see if the side is able to make good use of its limited resources in the batting department. While the Bulls definitely have more firepower on paper in this format of the game it doesn’t take much time for the fortunes to change.
Dwayne Bravo would look to put behind the poor show in the last season as a leads a star studded side in this edition of the tournament. They have good strength in batting and a bowling attack that can put up a stiff challenge for their opponents. Going into this contest Bravo would look for a positive show from his players.
Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Evin Lewis are good hitters of the ball and the side would expect a positive start from them here. Adam Lyth, Sherfane Rutherford and Amad Butt will expect to play quick-fire knocks in the middle order and set the stage for the likes of Bravo, Mohammad Nabi and Dasun Shanaka to launch their attack towards the end.
On the bowling front Fidel Edwards and Dushmantha Chameera have good experience and they will look to put that to good use here. Nabi is a miser bowler and he would look to keep the scoring rate under control. Bravo, Shanaka and Rutherford offer good bowling options for the side.

Chriag Suri would be leading a new look Tigers’ squad this season and the local boy would look for a turnaround for the squad after their poor show in the last edition. The side has a very strong bowling attack and Suri would be hoping to see good performance from his players and get going on the points table.
Andre Fletcher and Johnson Charles have their range of strokes and the side would expect an electrifying start from them in this game. Their middle order has good experience with players like Suri, Mahedi Hasan and David Wiese and these players are capable hitters of the ball. Isuru Udana and Adam Hose shall have to play quick-fire knocks in the final overs.
The bowling attack is highly experienced for the side with Mujeeb-ur-Rahman and Mohammad Irfan opening the bowling for the side. Qais Ahmed is a smart customer in this format and the side would expect a good show from him here. With Karim Janat, Udana and Hasan in the side there is good depth in their bowling.

The skies would be clear with odd clouds on January 28 over Abu Dhabi and we expect to see an exciting game. The track would be slow as we have seen in the recent games played here and batsmen would have to mix caution with aggression. The side batting first would need a score of around 120 runs to feel safe here.
Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi is one of the largest grounds in UAE but it has a quick outfield and this allows batsmen to score boundaries. It isn’t the easiest of venues for the fast bowlers while spinners have done well in the past and there is good turn on offer for them.
In the last three editions of the tournament we have seen sides batting first winning most of the game. It is very difficult to chase big scores in this format of the game and hence the side winning the toss would like to bat first and put up a big score on the board.
Bangla Tigers would have to play hard cricket as they are up against one of the best sides in their first game of the tournament. Their openers would have to fire as the middle order lack big hitting abilities. As for the Bulls they are a balanced side that bats deep and has variety in the bowling department. This would make them the favorites to win this game.
