Their bowlers have failed to impress in the last few games, and this is a major concern for the side. They won both games against Sunrisers last season and would love to repeat the same show. 

David Warner and Prithvi Shaw missed out in the last game, but the pair has done well, and they will look to make it count here. Pant and Mitchell Marsh batted well in the last game, and they will look to build partnerships with Lalit Yadav. Rovman Powell and Axar Patel nearly took the side home against LSG and add strength to this line-up. 

The bowling attack must rise to the challenge in this game. Mustafizur Rahman and Chetan Sakariya can’t let SRH's top order run away with the game as they had on several occasions in this tournament. Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav would enjoy the conditions at this venue and have an important role to play. Shardul Thakur is struggling, and the side would need a good show from him.

Sunrisers Hyderabad Preview

After a great run that saw them win five games in a row, Kane Williamson’s side has suffered back-to-back losses.  They went down by 13 runs in the last game against the Chennai Super Kings. It was a spirited show from their batsmen who went about chasing the big score aggressively. Williamson would want his side to bring its campaign back on track with a win. 

Abhishek Sharma and Williamson have been in excellent form and the side would like to see a good show from them. Aiden Markram, Rahul Tripathi, and Nicholas Pooran have scored runs this season and this would add to the side’s confidence. They have depth in the batting line-up with Shashank Singh, Washington Sundar, and Marco Jansen to follow. 

Bhuvneshwar Kumar did well in the last game, and this would be a confidence booster for the side. He will need to strike early with Marco Jansen. Umran Malik, T Natarajan, and Sundar have bowled well in most of the games, and they will look to put behind the poor show against the Chennai Super Kings.
