Dolphins looked good with the bat in their previous game, and this is likely to boost the side’s confidence. They would look to carry forward the same momentum into the next game and do well. It remains to be seen if the Lions can overcome the challenge in this game.

Prenelan Subrayen would be impressed with the way his side has started the tournament. They come here with a massive 8-wicket victory against the Knights. Their bowlers restricted the Knights to a small total in the last game and the batsmen chased it down clinically. Subrayen would look to carry the momentum forward register their second win here. 

Keegan Petersen and Grant Roelofsen offered a good start to the side in the last game and they would look for a similar performance here. The middle-order has experienced David Miller and Andile Phehlukwayo. They would look to set up a good platform for the likes of Jason Smith, Khaya Zondo, and Bryce Parsons to launch the attack in the final overs. 

Bryce Parsons and Ottniel Baartman bowled tight lines in the last game and a similar effort would be needed from them here. Subrayen would be high con confidence after his good performance in the last game and he would expect good support from Ruan de Swardt, Phehlukwayo, and Ruan de Swardt.

The defending champions started with a loss and skipper Malusi Siboto would be upset with the way his batsmen fared in the last game. They fared to chase down a small total losing to North West by 11 runs. With the Dolphins looking in good form they would aim to come up with a better performance in this game. 

Joshua Richards and Dominic Hendricks have to do well at the top as they will face a quality bowling attack. Mitchell van Buuren looked good in the last game and he would need support from Reeza Hendricks and Shane Dadswell in the middle order. Codi Yusuf and Ruan Haasbroek would have to do well in the finishers’ role in this game. 

Their bowling attack looked good in the last game with Bjorn Fortuin and Sisanda Magala bowling tight lines and a similar performance would be expected from them. Codi Yusuf, Bjorn Fortuin, Siboto, and Tshepo Ntuli shall have to bowl tight spells as the Dolphins have good firepower with the bat.
