The side will like a solid start in this game from David Lloyd and Edward Byrom, as both players did well last year. Marnus Labuchange, Sam Northeast, and Colin Ingram add solidity to the middle order and must play well. Chris Cooke and James Harris would like to add runs down the order.  

Daniel Douthwaite and James Harris will have to get early wickets with the new ball, as Gloucestershire has a strong batting line-up. Timm van der Gugten and Michael Neser add variety to this attack, and they will enjoy the conditions. Harry Podmore as the supporting bowler, makes this attack well-balanced.
