Gautam Gambhir and Robin Uthappa will look to deliver a strong start in this game as they face a quality fast-bowling attack. Suresh Raina is a strong hand at No. 3 and will look to build partnerships with Mohammad Kaif and Manvinder Bisla. Irfan Pathan and Harbhajan Singh must add runs down the order as they tack depth to their batting.  

Ashoke Dinda and S Sreesanth will like to work magic with the new ball and bring their skills into play. The side will look for a positive start from Tilakaratne Dilshan and Rajin Saleh. The middle order is strong for the team, with Misbah-ul-Haq, Asghar Afghan, and Upul Tharanga known for being good stroke players. Thisara Perera, Shahid Afridi, and Abdul Razzaq add depth to this batting line-up.
