With the tournament in starting stage, all teams are looking to find their best combination and playing XI. Karachi Kings had an excellent start to tournament but failed to win their next two matches.

They have a host of batting stars with Babar Azam, Liam Livingstone, Colin Ingram and Ravi Bopara. But none of top order batsmen has made a substansial score except Livingstone and Babar Azam in the first match. Skipper Imad Wasim and all-rounder Sikander Raza take up spin bowling duties and play in the lower middle order to make quick runs towards the end of the innings. Mohammed Amir is their bowling mainstay and he is supported by Usman Shinwari and Sohail Khan.

Islamabad United is also struggling with their form after losing two matches in a row, but they got back on track against Peshawar last match.

Their top order batting has been their main worry with batsmen failing to score runs consistently. Luke Ronchi has scored a fifty and some 20s but not a big score yet. Ian bell has been roped in to support the likes of Cameron Delport, Shadab Khan and Hussain TAlat in the batting order. Asif Ali and Faheem Ashraf have being playing some good knocks towards the end of the innings. Their bowlers have failed to stop the opposition chase in two matches but they were left with scores in the range of 130-150 runs only. Never the less it is the bowlers that brought Islamabad the win in their last game against Peshawar yesterday. Faheem Ashraf and Samit Patel has been economical butyet to take wickets regularly. Skipper Mohammaed Sami is struggling to find rhythm in his bowling.

Cameron Delport – Delport is an experienced T20 campaigner playing across different T20 leagues. He is an aggressive middle order batsmen and handy medium pacer who can bowl some quite over’s in the middle. 

Samit Patel – Samit Patel has given runs around just 6 RPO but he needs to take more wickets to stop the opposition`s momentum in the batting.
