Rahim would look to exploit the loss of form in the Barishal camp and put themselves in a comfortable position on the points table. 

Andre Fletcher played a good knock at the top in the last game, and he would aim to offer a solid start with Soumya Sarkar. Rahim and Seekkuge Prasanna played well in the middle order in the last game and along with Rony Talukdar, they strengthen this side. They have good finishers in Yasir Ali, Thisara Perera, and Mahedi Hasan, and quick runs would be expected from them. 

Their bowlers did an excellent job in the last game and the same would be expected here. Kamrul Islam and Nabil Samad will have to bowl tight spells as Barishal have good firepower at the top. Prasanna failed to make use of the conditions and the side would have bigger expectations from him. Farhad Reza, Mahedi Hasan, and Perera add variety to this bowling attack.

Shakib Al Hasan’s side needs to recover from the two consecutive losses. They had started the tournament well with a win but have looked in poor shape since then. It was a terrible show with the bat in their last game against the Comilla Victorians that saw them being bowled out for 95 runs and losing the game by 63 runs. Hasan would like his side to gather steam in this game and register a big win. 

Shykat Ali continues to struggle with his form and the side would need him to score runs at the top with Najmul Hossain Shanto. Hasan and Chris Gayle bring lots of experience to the middle order and they must do the big-hitting along with Towhid Hridoy. In Dwayne Bravo, Nurul Hasan, and Ziaur Rahman the side has good hitters down the order adding to their batting firepower. 

Shakib has been brilliant with the ball so far, but he would need good support from Nayeem Hasan opening the bowling for the side. Jake Lintott looked good in the last game, and he will have to bowl tight spells with Bravo and Taijul Islam. The side would like to see tighter spells from Ziaur Rahman who is yet to shine so far.
