The biggest positive for Zalmi was wicket-keeper batsman Kamran Akmal finding form with the bat in the previous game. Akmal certainly looked positive from the outset against Quetta Gladiators. He scored 72 off 50 balls with the help of seven fours and four sixes. He was well supported by Andre Fletcher, who was chipped with 26 off 28 balls with the help of two fours.

Kieron Pollard once again produced a fiery innings for Peshawar in the previous game. He scored unbeaten 44 off 21 balls with help of seven fours and a six. 

Umar Amin, Imam-ul-Haq and Liam Dawson have delivered match-winning performances for the side in this year’s competition.
