Mighty Efate Panthers lost against MT Bulls by 5 wickets in their previous encounter. Joshua Rasu (69* runs) and Wesley Vira (48 runs) took on the charge from 1 /2 in the first over to finish at 130/3 in 10 overs. This is their second 125+ score in as many matches batting first so far. All their bowlers kept giving runs at over 10 RPO to end up losing despite a massive target on board. Tony Tamata was the pick of the bowlers with reasonable figures of 2-0-20-2 in the match. Their bowling unit will need to shrug it off as an off-off bad day and go about their work as usual.

Stephane Sandy, Vince Vira, Apolinari Stephan, and Nalin Nipiko chipped in with a wicket each at a good economy rate to restrict the opposition to 61 runs in 10 overs.
Nalin Nipiko– Nipiko came up with an all-round performance of 33* runs (24 balls) &bowling figures of 2-0-10-1 to steer his team to victory. He will look to give another all-round performance to help his team win.
Obed Yoseph – Yoseph dismissed both MT bulls in first over to set the tone of the match. He had superb figures of 2-0-2-2 in the match and was almost unplayable with the new ball.
