They again have a good opportunity here as Heat would find it difficult to put up a side and shall look to make the best use of it. 

Aaron Finch played well in the last game and he would aim to set up a good opening wicket stand with Sam Harper. Shaun Marsh, Maddinson, and Mackenzie Harvey add good strength to the line-up and they will have an important role here. The side would also like to see a good hitting down the order from Mohammad Nabi and James Seymour. 

Their bowlers did well in the last game with Reece Topley bowling tight lines with the new ball and he would look for a similar show sharing the new ball with Kane Richardson. Nabi has been unimpressive through the season and the side would want him to bowl better lines. The side would have to find replacement players for this game and it would be a tough challenge for them to gel well together in such a short period and produce a good show in this game. 

It will be interesting to see which of the players are available for selection in this game as their batsmen had struggled previously. The silver lining for them would be the form of Melbourne Renegades bowlers. The side would have to bat well as replacement bowlers are likely to struggle as they would be playing their first game of the season. 

On the bowling front, the side would like to see bowlers sticking to the basics. The Renegades batsmen have struggled in most parts of the tournament and the Heat bowlers would have to bowl good lines and lengths in this game to put up a good challenge in this contest.
