Weather Conditions

The cloudy weather is predicted throughout the ODI series. The chances of rain are 60%. The temperature will range between 18°C and 6°C with winds blowing at 11 km/h. The pitch favors the bowling team and it will be easy to restrict the opponents and chase down that target later.

Venue Details

The series will be hosted at John Davies Oval, Queenstown. It has an average capacity of 19000 spectators. So far 7 ODIs have been played at John Davies Oval.

Toss: To Bowl

This ground has conducted 10 ODIs so far. The team which prefers to chase here has more chances to win. Out of 10 ODIs, 7 ODIs showed results whereas 3 ODIs got canceled. The team bowling first has won 6 out of those 7 ODIs, therefore, the team winning the toss should field first here.

New Zealand-W have a more balanced side than India-W in this limited-overs series. Although India have an advantage over New Zealand in terms of statistics, New Zealand-W are all set to change those numbers this time. Indian batting lineup would suffer in absence of Smriti Mandhana in this match and that will also favour hosts. Hosts also have strong middle order which will help them to put a large total on board to defend that easily.

We predict that New Zealand Women will defeat India Women.
