In the bowling department, pacer Lungi Ngidi was the star performer with the ball for South Africa in the previous game. Despite conceding a lot of runs in his first spell, Ngidi made a terrific comeback and picked three wickets at the end to see South Africa pull off an amazing win.

Eoin Morgan will feel that the side became complacent at the end and lost the game in the final over of the innings. In the bowling department, the spin duo of Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid bowled well in the previous game. Both of them conceded less than six runs an over and did not allow South African batsmen to score any quick runs.
Pacer Chris Jordan was the pick of the bowlers for England in the opening fixture. He delivered an excellent performance at the back end of the innings and finished with figures of 2 for 28 in his three overs.
