Talismanic all-rounder Ben Stokes found form with the bat in this game and smashed unbeaten 47 off 30 balls with the help of four fours and two sixes. He put on a 51-run partnership with Moeen Ali to see England post 204 runs for the loss of seven wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
Bowling all-rounder Moeen Ali delivered scintillating innings at the back end of the innings. He scored 39 runs off just 11 balls with the help of three fours and four sixes.
In the bowling department, the side will be relying on the likes of Tom Curran, Chris Jordan, and Mark Wood to make crucial breakthroughs. Pacer Chris Jordan was the pick of the bowlers and finished with figures of 2 for 31 in his four overs.
