Saurashtra has had a topsy-turvy season thus far, losing their first match against Kerala by 3 wickets and then winning their second by 80 runs against Puducherry. In their previous game, they were bowled out for 222 after being asked to bat first by Puducherry at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium. However, their bowlers produced a stellar show and dismissed the opposition for just 142.

Vishvaraj Jadeja has led the batting unit this year, scoring 98 runs in two matches. 

We are also backing Harvik Desai to play an important role in this match. The opener is fresh off a superb 81 off 117 balls against Puducherry. 

Arpit Vasavada (290 runs from the last 10 matches) is also someone worth watching out for.

Jaydev Unadkat is leading this talented bowling attack. This year, fast bowlers Ankur Panwar and Chirag Jani have impressed the most, taking 5 and 4 wickets each.

After losing their season opener against Odisha, Tripura made a strong comeback in their second match. Batting first against Sikkim at the KSCA Cricket (3) Ground in Alur, they posted a healthy 300-9 on the board, and eventually won the match by 68 runs (VJD Method).

Opener Bikramkumar Das top-scored in that match with a fluent knock of 76 off 92 balls. Rajat Dey (67 off 57 balls) and Bikramjit Debnath (50 off 46 balls) were the other two standout performers with the bat.

Tripura’s bowling appears to be their weak link. Only fast bowler Manisankar Murasingh (3 wickets in 2 innings at 13.66) has looked like taking wickets. A lot is also expected from Rana Dutta (15 wickets in the last 8 matches). Hopefully, this will be the match in which he makes a match-winning contribution.
