Their bowlers did not have enough score to trouble the batters as the match was finished in just 14.1 overs. Wanidu Hasaranga took the only wicket to fall in the match. Deekshana, Chameera, and Shanaka troubled the batters but failed to stop the run flow effectively in th middle overs.

South Africa strolled past the meager target of just 104 runs with Quinton De Kock scoring an unbeaten 58 runs off 48 balls. Reeza Hendricks (19 runs) and Aiden Markram (19 runs) played little cameos to build partnerships with de Kock in the last game.

South African`s spin attack of Bjorn Fortuin, Keshav Maharaj, Tabraiz Shamsi, and Aiden Markram had combined figures of 14.1-1-63-9 in the match and never gave any breathing space to the batters.
