Bet NowRCB has been one of the most talked teams in the IPL every season owing to the presence of some of the exciting players up their ranks. They did not miss to disappoint us this season too with a victory over Mumbai Indians in a last ball thriller in the opening match. They will look to build on that momentum and pile up few more points against their name. SRH did not have a good start as they lost their opening match against KKR by 10 runs. SRH failed to time their chase to perfection despite being in a good position during the middle part of the chase. They will need to get their first points on board to kick start their campaign.
SRH opener`s David Warner & Wridhiman Saha were dismissed cheaply in the steep chase of 188 runs. Johnny Bairstow (55 runs) and Manish Pandey (61* runs) put on a dominating 92-run partnership to lift their spirits. Their lower order tried to score quick runs but was not sufficient to chase the total in the end.
SRH pace trio of Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Sandeep Sharma, and Natarajan had an off-day as they leaked runs at over 10 RPO. Spinners Rashid Khan and Mohammed Nabi had excellent outings last night with combined figures of 8-0-56-4 with 2 wickets each. Vijay Shankar and Abdul Samad might give some overs in case they need overs outside their 5 bowlers.
Top players to bet on:
David Warner – Warner has 592 runs at an average of nearly 60 against RCB in the IPLs and they are one of his much favored opponents. We expect him to make a big score in this match and lead his team`s batting department.
Rashid Khan – Rashid Kahn was superb with his leg spinners and variations last night and had bowling figures of 4-0-24-2 despite giving 5 wides. He will enjoy the battle against ABD in the middle overs in this match.

RCB rode on the cameos from their star players Virat Kohli (33 runs), Glenn Maxwell (39 runs), and AB De Villiers (48 runs) to win the match last night. They might look to add Devdutt Padikkal and Mohammed Azarudeen in place of Patidar and Shahbaz Ahmed in this match. They have a star studded batting line-up with good players in both top order and middle order.
Their pace duo of Mohammed Siraj and Kyle Jamieson never allowed the opposition batsmen to settle down and gave runs at just 6 RPO in their 8 overs. Harshal Patel was their star performer with 5 wickets and he gave just 1 run in the 20th over. Spinners Yuzi Chahal and Ahmed looked erratic and they gave away 55 runs in their 5 overs.
Top players to bet on:
AB De Villiers – ABD moved to No.5 position took take up the finisher’s role last night and scored 48 runs off just 27 balls to lead his team’s victory. We expect Mr.360 to continue his onslaught on the bowlers in this match too.
Harshal Patel – Harshal was superb with his cutters, slower ones and Yorkers last night and claimed 5 wickets in the match. He dismissed the wickets of Pollard, Pandya brothers, and Ishan Kishan last night.

Chennai will have a hot and humid weather with a lot of dew in the latter stages of the match. Bowlers will find it difficult to grip the ball in the final overs of the match.
Chepauk is one of slow pitches and it might be hard to time the ball once it gets old and soft. Spinners might enjoy some turn and assistance from this track to their benefit. We can expect the scores to be around 160-180 runs on this pitch.
Chasing is the best option with dew around but the pitch might slow down a little and batting becomes slightly difficult in the second innings. But dew factor will make the players to chase the total.
RCB have a stronger batting unit with the likes of Kohli, ABD, Maxell, and Christian and bat deep till No.7 or 8. SRH rely heavily on their top-4 players to score the bulk of runs. Their lower order usually plays a little cameos only. SRH has experienced bowlers in both pace and spin department and will go in with 5 bowlers. RCB`s spin department has been struggling with their spearhead Yuzi Chahal struggling In the recent matches. We expect RCB to win this match owing to their superior batting line-up especially the middle order when compared to SRH.
RCB will win the match
