Man of the Match: David Warner
SRH and RR look for their maiden victory this season
Our prediction is Sunrisers Hyderabad will win the match!
Sunrisers Hyderabad lost their last encounter against Kolkata Knight Riders despite being ahead in the game for most part. The Andre Russell`s Blitz helped KKR chase down more than 50 runs in last three overs. David Warner made a grand return the IPL with his masterful knock of 85 runs. Vijay Shankar played a quick fire 40 to boost the team`s total to 181 runs.
Skipper Kane Williamson may return to the team depending upon his fitness. Rashid Khan was their best bowler on display controlling run flow in middle overs. Stand in Skipper Bhuvaneshwar Kumar bowled well in early innings but was taken to cleaners in the final over’s. Their bowling lacks the firepower to stop the batsmen in the death over’s. Khaleel Ahmed may get a chance in playing XI to add variety to the fat bowling line up.
Rajasthan Royals first match was marred by Jos Butler`s controversial dismal of mankading by Ravi Ashwin. Royals were in control of chase till the last five overs. Their batting line-up fell like a pack of cards to ultimately lose the match. Jos Butler led the chase with a superb 69 before being dismissed. Rahane provided good support in the start but failed to score big.
Dhawal Kulkarni and Krishappa Gowtham started well and bowled responsibly to strangle the batsmen. Jofra Archer as the star with the ball giving away just 17 runs in his 4 over’s. Ben Stokes and Jaydev Unadkat were far too expensive and in fact Unadkat was not able to complete his quota of 4 overs. They need to step up as a team with their batting and bowling performance.
Vijay Shankar – Vijay Shankar has been in good form with the bat recently and look out for his big hits. He scored 40 runs off just 24 balls last match.
Bhuvaneshwar Kumar – The stand-in skipper hasd an excellent bowling figures till the 21 run over in his last over. His death bowling has been found worrisome for the last 2-3 months.

Ben Stokes – Stokes had a forgetful night last outing failing with bath bat and ball. He needs to be more responsible with the bat and score more runs to improve the team`s morale and final score.

Hyderbad pitch is a flat track and batsmen would score more runs with ease here. The spinners may enjoy a little advantage over seamers in this track due to its slow nature. The average score in this pitch might be 150-170 runs. The match day is expected to be sunny with temperatures nearing 40 degrees and the so dew factor may be negated.
Teams are feeling comfortable chasing the score rather than setting one. Both teams will look to choose the safer option in this match as this the first match in this pitch this year.
Both teams have good depth and firepower in their lineup, but home advantage and their formidable record at home makes us incline towards Sunrisers Hyderabad.
