Bet NowWe are into the 2nd game of the CSA T20 Challenge 2022 and the Titans would be up against the Warriors. Both sides had a mixed bag of a season last year and they would be looking for a good start here. There have been several changes in the squads for this year and we expect to see an exciting contest.
The Titans have big names on their side both with the bat and the ball and this makes them one of the strongest outfits in the tournament. On the other hand, the Warriors have several young players and it would be interesting to see how they fare when they are faced with a massive challenge.
Theunis de Bruyn is leading the side for the season, and he would be happy with the group of players he is leading into this game. They have a very powerful batting line-up with big names in the squad. They are up against a strong team and de Bruyn would want his players to be on the money in this game.
On the batting front, the side would need a good start from Quinton de Kock and Theunis de Bruyn and they make a formidable opening combination. Dewald Brevis, Donavon Ferreira, and Heinrich Klaasen will have to do well in the middle order and set up a strong platform for the likes of Sibonelo Makhanya, Ayabulela Gqamane, and Sibonelo Makhanya to do the big-hitting towards the end.
The side would want to see early wickets in the game from Junior Dala and Lizaad Williams who will look to take advantage of the conditions. Tabraiz Shamsi makes this a very strong bowling attack, and he would need good support in the middle overs from Corbin Bosch and Sibonelo Makhanya.

Sinethemba Qeshile would have a big challenge at hand as they play the first game of the season. They are up against one of the strongest teams in the tournament and a good show would be needed from their players to win this game. Qeshile would like to see a strong performance from his players in this game.
JJ Smuts and Kyle Jacobs would need to give the side a good start in this game as they would be facing a strong bowling attack. In the middle order, Qeshile shall look to build partnerships with Lesiba Ngoepe and Wihan Lubbe. Diego Rosier and Matthew Breetzke would need to do the big-hitting towards the end of the innings.
Dane Paterson is an experienced bowler, and he would look for early wickets sharing the new ball with Tespo Ndwandwa. Lizo Makosi would have a big task on hand in the middle overs considering Titans’ strengths with the bat. The side would also expect good spells from Smuts, Rosider, and Lubbe in this game.

The skies over Port Elizabeth would be clear on February 7. There would be good swing and seam on the surface but batsmen would also enjoy the conditions with the ball coming onto the bat nicely. Batting first any side would be happy to have 170 or more runs on the board.
The pitch at St George's Park, Port Elizabeth has always offered great assistance to the fast bowlers as they get bounce and carry. Batsmen who play to the merit of the ball have done well here in the past. There isn’t much on this surface for the spinners.
Most teams have preferred to bowl here winning the toss as there is something for the bowlers here. The fresh wicket would pose a challenge for the batsmen and hence we expect to see the side winning the toss have no hesitation in bowling first.
Warriors have several fresh faces in the squad and it would be a big challenge for these players in this game. Their batting is inexperienced and the side would need its young batsmen to deliver the goods. Titans have a strong bowling attack and good experience in their batting line-up and this would make them favorites in this contest.
