Haley Matthews has looked in great form and the side would like her to provide an electrifying start opening the batting with Deandra Dottin. Kycia Knight and Taylor have failed in both games and the side would need a good start from them here. Shemaine Campbelle and Chedean Nation played good knocks in the last game and they will look to repeat the same performance down the order in this contest. 

Their bowlers did a good job in the last game and the side would like to see early strikes from the new ball pair of Shamilia Connell and Henry. Anisa Mohammed and Matthews also chipped in with good spells and they must keep the momentum going. Aaliyah Alleyne, Shakera Selman, and Taylor add depth to this attack making it strong.

It was a massive loss for Mithali Raj’s side in their last game against New Zealand Women. They fell short of the requirements both with the bat and the ball to go down in the game by 62 runs. Their opponents come into this contest with their confidence high and Raj would like to see her team bounce back in this game. 

Smriti Mandhana and Yastika Bhatia need to score runs at the top as the West Indies bowling attack has looked good. Raj must score runs at a faster pace with Deepti Sharma and Richa Ghosh in the middle order. Harmanpreet Kaur did well in the last game and she will have to play a strong hand along with Sneha Rana and Pooja Vastrakar who have scored runs in the tournament.
