Pakistan Women batters struggled in the last game and none among the Top 5 were able to register double digit scores. They are down in confidence at the moment and have to win this game again all odds to stay alive in the series. It will be interesting to see how Pakistan Women approach the game as West Indies Women would surely have their tails up.

Stafanie Taylor would be happy with the win in the last game that has helped the side take an early lead in the series but there are some areas that the captain would like to improve on. Most of her players got starts in the last game but failed to capitalize. She would want them to aim at higher scores in this game. 

Hayley Matthews and Deandra Dottin did well in the last game and the side would be expecting a similar start from them in this game. In the middle order Taylor, Kyshona Knight and Chedean Nation got their starts but the side would need them to convert these in this game. With Kycia Knight and Chinelle Henry down the order, they have good hitters of the ball to follow. 

Matthews and Shamilia Connell did well with the new ball in the last game and the side would like to see early breakthroughs from them here as well. Shakera Selman and Aaliyah Alleyne would be expected to keep the scoring rate under check in the middle overs. Taylor and Anisa Mohammad add experience to this attack.

Javeria Khan would be extremely upset with the performance of her batters in the last game. They wasted an opportunity to take an early lead in the series after restricting the hosts to a small total. The Pakistani skipper would look forward to better performance from her batters in this game. 

Javeria Rauf and Javeria Khan went out cheaply in the last game and being the best batters in the side shall need to offer them with a good start. In the middle order too Muneeba Ali, Nida Dar and Aliya Riaz didn’t trouble the scorers much and they have to score runs here. Ayeshan Nasee and Fatima Sana did well down the order and this is one of the positives for the side from the last game. 

Their bowlers did a good job in the last game with Anam Amin bowling well with the new ball. She would have to strike early along with Daina Baig. Sana, Nashra Sandhu and Nida Dar also bowled tight spells in the last game and the same would be expected from the side in this contest.

There would be slight cloud cover over Antigua on July 02 and the pitch is expected to be a good one to bat on through there would be some assistance for the bowlers early on during the game. The side batting first would have to target a score of more than 150 runs to feel safe on this wicket.

Coolidge Cricket Ground, Antigua is a small ground and batters have always enjoyed good success here. The ball comes on to the bat nicely and it allows batters to play their strokes freely. There isn’t much on this surface for the fast bowlers but the odd ball does turn and spinners have enjoyed a good record here.

This is a fresh wicket and hence there would be some opportunity for the bowlers early on during the game. The side chasing the score would enjoy best batting conditions. Hence, the skipper winning the toss shouldn’t have much of hesitation in her mind about opting to bowl first.
