Northwest after winning their opening match succumbed to back-to-back losses in thier next 2 matches. Western Province are going through more tough situation currently with no wins in their 4 matches. They got their first points courtesy of a ran abandoned match.

Tshepo Moreki have been their most consistent bowler with 5 wickets in this series so far. Nandre Burger and Mpongwana chipped in with 5 wickets between them in the last match. George Linde and Dane Paterson too must look to contribute effectively in the match and help their restrict the opposition in this match too.

Potchefstroom is expected to have a clear sky with no rain expected on the match day after a couple of rainy days. The pitch is expected to stay placid and it might break open if the sun comes out to a large extent.
Senwes Park has an extremely good outfield where the ball flies to the boundary. We expect the average scores to be around 160-180 runs in this match.
Both skippers will look to bat second in this match as chasing is the best option nowadays with no target being safe.
Western Province have been very inconsistent in their batting line up and will need to put more scores on the board. Their bowling has been not upto the standard in the matches so far. Northwest have a strong batting line up bur rely heavily on the their top 3. Their bowling is very experienced and will look to put on a big performances in this match. We expect Northwest to win this match.
