Pakistan Women to win
Tournament: ICC Women World Cup Qualifier 2021 | Format: ONE-DAY | Venue: Sunrise Sports Club, Harare, Zimbabwe | Toss: To Bowl
Bet NowWe are into the 12th game of the ICC Women’s World Cup Qualifier 2021 and hosts Zimbabwe Women would be up against Pakistan Women in a high stakes battle. Zimbabwe Women won by a whisker in their last game against United States Women while Pakistan Women defeated Thailand Women in the last game.
Pakistan Women players have vast experience playing this format of the game and this would be a big plus for them here. The side winning this game would be closer to a berth in the next round. Zimbabwe Women would be under pressure after their poor show in the last game and it would be interesting to see which of the sides wins here.
Mary-Anne Musonda would be relieved after her side managed to snatch a win from the jaws of defeat in the last game. The side huffed and puffed to a one-wicket win against United States Women to remain in the hunt for a place in the next round. It would be a tougher challenge against Pakistan Women and Musonda would like to see better efforts from her side.
Openers Modester Mupachikwa and Sharne Mayers are getting starts and they would need to convert these into big scores. Josephine Nkomo has done well, and she would have to anchor the middle order with Mary-Anne Musonda and Chiedza Dhururu. Loren Tshuma, Precious Marange, and Nyasha Gwanzura must deliver the goods down the order.
Their bowlers did a good job in the last game and the side would like to see good spells with the new ball from Nomvelo Sibanda and Francisca Chipare as the Pakistani top order has struggled in the tournament. Precious Marange, Loryn Phiri, and Tshuma would have to come up with tight spells to win this game.

Javeria Khan’s earned its first points in the tournament in the last game defeating Thailand Women by 52 runs. Though the result might seem satisfying the side has struggled with the bat in both the games played so far and they would need to come up with a better show in this game. A win here would take them closer to a berth in the next round and Khan would be aiming for that.
Muneeba Ali hasn’t scored runs and the side would be hoping for a good as she opens the batting with skipper Javeria Khan. In the middle order, they would rely on the Omaima Sohail, Iram Javed, and Nida Dar to do well as Zimbabwe has a good bowling attack. Aliya Riaz has been brilliant down the order, and she would aim to add runs with Sidra Nawaz and Fatima Sana.
Aman Amin and Daina Baig have bowled brilliantly so far, and this would add to the side’s confidence. They would aim to strike early in the game. Nida Dar and Nashra Sandhu also bowled well in the last game and a similar show would be needed from them here. Sohail and Fatima Sana bring variety to this attack.

There are predictions of partial clouds over the skies of Harare on November 27. The wicket has played well and the ball has come onto the bat nicely allowing batters to play their strokes on the up. Bowlers have to make use of their variations to do well at this venue. The side batting first in this game would aim to put 250 runs or more on the board.
Sunrise Sports Club, Harare is a small ground and has a slow outfield with thick grass cover. Batters have done well here as they can score runs in boundaries easily. Fast bowlers have struggled here with little assistance from the surface but spinners have enjoyed success a the wicket offers turn.
The wicket has been a pleasure to bat on and we have already seen a big score here. In both the games played here the side batting first has won the game easily. The side winning the toss here would like to take advantage of the conditions and bat first.
Both sides haven’t looked at their best so far. Zimbabwe Women showed inexperience with the bat in the last game and this is something they would have to work on here. Their bowlers have to exploit the weaknesses in the opposition camp. Pakistani players have lots of experience in this format and good depth in their batting line-up. It is expected to be a close game but Pakistan with its experience shall start nose ahead in this must-win contest.
