Bengal Warriors were the clear favourites when they took on the Bengaluru Bulls in their last encounter. They played like champions with their star raider Maninder executing one of the biggest super raids and all out's of the season. Looked like Bulls had no answer to this spike. But as the match unfolded, just like a tasty recipe, Hi Flyer Pawan Sehrawat exploded with 2 super raids resulting in all outs for the Warriors and they lost the plot by just a point. Their defence sort of had lapses in concentration.

Dabang’s had a different experience as they encountered a typical game against the Fortune Giants. Dabang Delhi was forced to play a slow game, full of empty raids, low scoring and rallying around the Do or Die raids. It was the brilliance of Naveen Express which helped them tie the match.

Both the teams come into this match with lot at stake. Both are looking for “Momentum”.

While Dabang Delhi will be happy with the form of All rounder Vijay and defender Sandeep Narwal, Bengal Warriors need to look at the unforced errors from their defence especially in the second half.

Naveen Express and Mighty Maninder will be the raiders to look out for, but for Bengal, Nabibaksh looks too predictable.

This will be another close match, probably repeat of the final match of Season 7.

Dabang Delhi K.C. Preview

Dabang Delhi had a scare in the last match against the Fortune Giants. They went through the spectrum of emotions, from raiding successfully not able to earn points to stealing a tie on the last raid. This was a low scoring match, very typical when you play the Fortune Giants. Naveen Express once again proved that he was the in-form raider as he raided successfully whenever needed. He came into this season with a phenomenal record- 319 raid points including 21 successive super 10's.

The biggest concern for the Dabang's is the habit of advanced tackling by Manjeet and Jeeva. It cost them valuable points in the last match.

Dabang has loads of experience players in their squad, but the team will have to use them efficiently. Ajay Thakur is in the twilight of his career and so are Jeeva and Manjeet. Joginder Narwal can guide them nicely through this encounter.

They will need to concentrate on extracting more bonus points though the match.

Joginder Narwal seems to be guiding the team well. Sandeep Narwal with his dashing blocks can be the star in this match.

Bengal Warriors Preview

Defending Champions had a wake-up call against the Bulls in their last encounter as they lost the plot by just 1 point. They dominated the first half with bursts from Maninder and they looked on course. But they went into a flashback with regular unforced errors and slightly unimaginative defence to lose the match.

They just need to regroup and get back into a positive frame of mind. They also need to surprise the opposition with new tactics. Bulls coach Randhir Singh was able to see through his strategy in the last match which resulted in the Bulls racing away from a difficult situation exploiting the standard moves of the Warriors.

Nothing much to worry. Captain Maninder is in awesome form with Super 10's all along. Sukesh Hegde and Nabibaksh give good support in the raiding department.

They need to avoid advanced tackles especially by Rinku Narwal from the left corner. Darshan and Abozar will have to be more patient while tackling.

If the warriors can repairs the leaks in their defence, they will be able to get back to winning ways.

Winning Prediction

Both teams have gone through immense pressure in their last games. Bengal Warriors look predictable but Maninder is in devastating form. He executed the most daring Super Raid inflicting an all out in the last match. He also looks physically unstoppable.

Naveen Express is difficult to derail, he is also difficult to catch up with. Dabang Delhi will need to stay calm and execute tackles with class in order to stop the Warriors. This is also a great opportunity to avenge the last season.

Expect loads of successful raids from Maninder and Naveen, it all boils down to who will crumble under pressure.

Danbang Delhi will avenge their defeat of the PKL 7 final.
