Dabang Delhi KC, aiming for their second PKL Trophy, entered the finals after a 4-6 tie-breaker win over Puneri Paltan in Qualifier 1. The match was tilted in their favor by the magic of their defense, particularly a brilliant ankle hold from Saurabh Nandal in the tie-breaker. 

Though Ashu Malik struggled a bit upon his return, managing only four raid points, secondary raider Neeraj Narwal stepped up with seven raid points. On the defensive end, they picked up ten tackle points but came out clutch in the tie breaker. 

It is expected to be another close contest, and the work must be done by their defensive unit, especially in stopping Paltan's lead raider, Aditya Shinde, who is coming off a colossal performance in the last match against the Telugu Titans.

Puneri Paltan Preview

Puneri Paltan looked down and out in the first five minutes of the game, with the scoreline reading 1-10 in favor of the Telugu Titans. However, what followed was a close-fought contest, and a super raid from Aditya Shinde in the last three minutes of the game sealed the win for the Paltan. 

Shinde delivered one of his career-best performances, scoring 21 raid points and contributing a solid tackle. Pankaj Mohite provided perfect assistance with 10 raid points. Gaurav Khatri, after a quiet first half, stepped up significantly in the second half with some key takedowns and finished the game with a High 5. 

There are some weaknesses in the Paltan side, especially their cover combination and the left corner, which haven't been in the best of form in recent matches. They will look to address and strategize ahead of this final panga night.
