The main reason for this debacle has been their rigidity in applying their strategy. They are known to slow down the game, frustrate the opponents and play low-scoring matches. But this time, the other teams have been proactive and they have frustrated the Fortune Giants. 

The Fortune Giants have also been guilty of silly mistakes like their players going out of bound regularly. The defense has been scratchy and the emotions have been high.
