The Fortune Giants are rediscovering their form at the business end of the tournament and this can be scary for other teams. Post their recovery from Covid, the Fortune Giants have messed around with big teams winning 3 of their last 5 games. They beat the Bengaluru Bulls in a sensational match thus creating ripples among other teams. They will take on the Jaipur Pink Panthers in the next game which will be their second game in 2 days. 

Essentially a very defensive team, the Fortune Giants woke up late to the party and were forced to change their outlook after they lost most of their games. They were rigid in their strategies and paid the price. They are back with a new plan and it seems to be working for them. They have played some high scoring games in the last 2 week which has allowed them to set panic in the opposition camp. They dominated the Bulls in their last match. They have represented a sinusoidal pattern where they started off slowly, gained momentum mid-way and then went down as the season progressed.

The Pink Panthers are placed 7th in the points table with 7 victories out of 16 games. They have won just 2 out o their last 5 games and this is a matter of concern. They upset Dabang Delhi earlier only to lose to the Harayana Steelers in the next game.

They have executed 266 successful team raids but they could conduct only 134 successful team tackles in 16 games. They have a wonderful combination of Sahul Kumar and Sandeep Dhull in their defence but they seem to be fatigued due to the long season. 

While they earned 36 raid points against Dabang Delhi they could only get 28 against the Steelers which led to their loss.

Raider Arjun Deshwal has been their trump card but the backup raiding has been inconsistent. Deepak Hooda has to contribute more as the team is looking to seal their berth for the play-offs.
