Pardeep Narwal has realized that this may not be his season, hence he is playing second fiddle to Surender Gill who has emerged as their main raider.

Both of them have earned well along with raider Shrikant Jadhav. It looks like the UP Yodha have finally found the right balance in this tournament.

The Yodha’s are in 4th place after 12 games with 5 victories and 3 tied games. They also have a decent score difference. Their defense has done well with captain Nitesh Kumar and Sumit hunting opposition raiders with ease.

Surender Gill has 94 raid points from 64 successful raids.

The Steelers showed real nerves of steel when they beat Dabang Delhi in their last game. This win must have given them a lot of confidence which they were searching for all through the season. The most important of this group is their never say die attitude which has helped them to counterattack again and again.

Vikash Kandola is at the peak of this form as he has earned 101 raid points from 12 games. Raider Meetu has also given him good support but he could not play the last game as he was injured.  Young raiders Ashish and Vinay have proved to be good replacements.

But the strength that the Steelers boast of is their defense. Jaideep, Surender Nada, Mohit, and Ravi Kumar are unstoppable when they resonate.

Jaideep has executed 35 successful tackles along with 3 High 5’s.

The Steelers have a good tackle success rate of 40 % and they have earned 118 team tackle points. 

The only issue is that they have conceded 397 points and 15 all-outs. They have been able to repair this issue in the last few games but this heavy expenditure drags them reducing their winning probability.

They will have to put in another spirited performance against the UP Yodha and try and win by a big margin.

Sparks are expected to fly when UP Yodha takes on the Steelers. It will be a scene straight out of the movie Avengers- Civil War. Last time both these sides settled for a TIE and they are at the crossroads once again. Both teams have played some exciting and entertaining kabaddi and have beaten stronger sides. 

Haryana Steelers were able to keep Pradeep Narwal under pressure for quite a while in the last match. But Surender Gill can be very dangerous and the Steelers defense will be tested. The Yodha defense will also have critical moments when they try and hunt the “Gazel” Vikash Kandola. Whatever may be the result of this match, the winner will be the fans who will get the full worth of their money.
