The 2nd Phase of the One-day Cup of Australia’s Domestic Cricket is about to begin on 13th October. Australia’s Domestic One-Day Cup first started in 1969 and since then it has been a premier domestic tournament in the white-ball format.
For more than 50 years, the tournament has played a crucial role for Australia’s national side. It has given the national team some legendary cricketers who eventually became the expert in white-ball cricket.
This year, the tournament started in the month of September. On 13th October, the 2nd phase will begin in Queensland facing Western Australia. Western Australia has been the dominating team in the history of the One-Day Cup with 17 titles and they have been runner-ups on 11 occasions.
