Over the years Australia’s Big Bash League has become one of the biggest T20 Cricket Leagues in the world. As we approach the end of 2024, the time has come for the 14th season of the Big Bash League to go on the floors.
Big Bash League 2024-25 will begin on 15th December with the first match Perth Scorchers vs Melbourne Stars. The anticipation of the league is high and the T20 cricket fans are contemplating the winner of the league already.
Every franchise has selected the best player for the tournament from the draft and now they have almost finalized their playing XI for the league. BBL 2024-25 will be a mixture of some experienced Australian stars and some fresh faces from Australia’s domestic cricket. There are some overseas cricketers who are also taking part in the league.
The league will clash with the international cricket schedule and hence some players might not be available for the whole season. The unavailability of experienced players and the constant changes in the squad impacts the performance of the team and the players have to adjust to the changes.
