Cricket Australia announces 2025-26 home Ashes schedule

The Ashes are one of the premier Test series that takes place between England and Australia. It has a long history attached to it and for more than 100 years of international cricket, the Ashes has kept the rivalry between the two teams evergreen.
For the Ashes 2025-26, Cricket Australia has announced the new schedule with some major changes in the venue. The 5-match Test series is scheduled to begin from 21st November and the 5th fixture will take place on 4th January 2026.

"The 2025-26 Ashes dates align with our recently released seven-year international schedule and we are grateful for the support state and territory governments are providing to enhance and grow our major events," CA's executive general manager of events and operations, Joel Morrison, said in Perth today.
The Ashes 2025-26 will be part of the World Test Championship Cycle 2025-27. Australia has already clinched one WTC Title in 2023 and they are currently on their way to reach the final fixture for the WTC 2023-25.
The series always brings the best out of both sides. There is an intensity throughout the series between the two teams and the Ashes is known to produce the best quality Test cricket in the world.
