A cracking century by Tom Banton of the former Kolkata Knight Riders powered MI Emirates to a thumping 9-wicket victory in a high-octane match at the Dubai International Stadium in the ILT20. Having established himself as one of the most exciting cricketers in the T20 circuit, Banton ensured that his aggressive batting skills created a dent.
A Dominant Chase by MI Emirates
MI Emirates needed to chase down a competitive target of 176 set by their opponents, Gulf Giants. The team was going down because of an early loss of a wicket but soon consolidated well with Banton's masterclass.
