IPL 2025: Jasprit Bumrah is Fit Before the Start of the Season

Three weeks before the beginning of the 18th season of the Indian Premier League, Mumbai Indians have received a massive boost. Their primary pacer and India’s bowling star - Jasprit Bumrah has been declared fit to play IPL 2025.
After the end of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Australia, Jasprit Bumrah was away from action due to an injury. He missed out on the tour of England and the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
IPL 2025 is all set to begin from 22nd March. Mumbai Indians will begin their campaign on 23rd March with their first fixture against their arch-rivals Mumbai Indians at the MA Chidambaram Stadium.
Jasprit Bumrah has been a key contributor for the Mumbai Indians and he has been associated with the team since 2013. He is the core for the team and the franchise retained him for the same reason before the IPL 2025 mega auction.
IPL 2025 - Jasprit Bumrah Resumes Bowling
Jasprit Bumrah suffered a back injury after the Border-Gavaskar Trophy and hence his presence in IPL 2025 was doubtful. However, Bumrah recently took to social media and confirmed with a post that he has resumed bowling in the nets.
Due to his back injury, team India has a major void in their pace attack during the ongoing ICC Champions Trophy. Jasprit Bumrah was the leading wicket-taker for team India during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, and team India was largely dependent on his performance to win matches.
