Noman’s Impressive Stint and Six-Wicket Haul
Babar Azam of Pakistan Team caught Greaves at the second slip on Ali’s ball. Imlach failed to strike the full deliver and attempted sleep resulting in lbw. Sinclair was the third hit by Noman caught again at the slip by Babar. West Indies was at 7/38 then.
Left-arm spinner Noman took the first wicket of Captain Kraigg Brathwaite at nine runs. The ball swept in towards the front ad and the umpire marked him out by raising his finger.
By the 28th over, the spinner Noman bagged wicket of Kemar Roach who also made 25 off 45 balls. He ended the 10th wicket partnership of Gudakesh Motie and Jomel Warrican by taking Motie’s crucial wicket.
Noman showcased his edgy bowling side in 15.1 overs by giving three maidens, 41 runs and bagging six wickets in all. West Indies was all out at 163/41.1 overs.
