The tenth edition of the Pakistan Super League will go on the floors in April this year. The PSL 2025 draft took place on 13th January and some of the best cricketers from across the globe have become part of the league.

2) David Wiese - Lahore Qalandars

He was the 4th highest wicket-taker in the previous edition of the league and things might turn out well again for him this year. At the age of 39, David Wiese is an active participant in the T20 cricket leagues across the globe and he has made a name for himself.

3) Adam Milne - Karachi Kings

In order to give a boost to their pace attack, Karachi Kings signed New Zealand pacer Adam Milne to the team during the draft. It is going to be the first season for Adam Milne as a PSL player but he is a renowned face in international cricket and in the T20 cricket league. In 2024, Milne contributed to the success of New Zealand in T20i cricket and that makes him a valuable player for Karachi Kings during PSL.

4) Naseem Shah - Islamabad United

Naseem Shah has been in the news for all the right reasons for the Pakistan Cricket Team. He is a young swing specialist for Pakistan and over the years he has come out as the most successful pacer in T20 international cricket. Naseem has struggled with some injury woes in 2024 but during PSL, he is expected to be fit to bowl and trouble any opposition.

5) Hasan Ali - Karachi Kings

Hasan Ali is on his way to become a legend in the Pakistan Super League. He is just 5 wickets away from becoming the leading wicket-taker in the history of the league. The previous edition was fruitful for Hasan Ali but he failed to help his team prosper. However, it is a new beginning for him and his team and we expect Hasan to shine in 2025.

PSL 2025 - More Big Names to Watch Out

With the names mentioned in the above list, there are a few more names that are expected to shine. Akeal Hosein from Quetta Gladiators will be expected to do good in the league because of his recent performance. In local talent, Shaheen Afridi, Shadab Khan, Haris Rauf, Abrar Ahmed, and Imad Wasim are expected to showcase their talent in the upcoming season of the Pakistan Super League.
