SA20 2025 cricket league has come to an end and MI Cape Town have come out as the winners of the third season. It was another successful event where some of the best cricketers from across the globe took part.

With the end of SA20, the focus will now shift towards other T20 cricket leagues. Pakistan Super League is coming up with another season and the league is scheduled to begin in April 2025. It is the first time that PSL is going to clash with the Indian Premier League.

The draft has already taken place and now the time has come for the franchises are in process to decide their best possible playing XI. There will be a few cricketers from the third season of the SA20 cricket league who will be participating in PSL 2025.

The playing conditions are completely different. These players have done a fair job in the recent season of SA20 and now they will be expected to perform on the pitches of Pakistan.

1) Kane Williamson - Durban Super Giants/Karachi Kings

The former Kiwi skipper and one of the best batsmen in the world - Kane Williamson will be making his debut in PSL this year. He went unsold in the IPL 2025 mega auctions because of his declining performance in the league. However, the player made himself available to PSL and now he will be part of the Karachi Kings. Kane was part of the Durban Super Giants in SA20 and he came out as the leading run-scorer for the team. In PSL, the conditions will be different but considering Kane’s experience, he might continue his scoring momentum.

2) Rilee Rossouw - Pretoria Capitals/Quetta Gladiators

Rilee Rossouw didn’t have a positive outing this year in SA20 2025. He made wrong decisions and chose a completely different approach in the game that didn’t work in favour of the player. However, Rossouw is an experienced T20 player who is always in high demand in T20 cricket leagues across the globe. Rilee Rossouw also has good experience playing PSL and can be a key player for the Quetta Gladiators.

3) Rassie van der Dussen - MI Cape Town/Islamabad United

Rassie van der Dussen came out as one of the key players for MI Cape Town, who helped the franchise win their first-ever SA20 trophy. He was the leading scorer for the team and the 2nd highest scorer in the league. Islamabad United will be happy to see his performance and will be expecting him to continue the momentum. Rassie van der Dussen is one of those players who can score quick runs under pressure and convert singles into doubles whenever possible.

4) David Wiese - Joburg Super Kings/Lahore Qalandars

David Wiese is a well-known name among all the T20 cricket leagues. However, in the recently held SA20 season, Wiese showcased one of the poorest performances and failed to be at his best. This is a warning sign and a red alert for Lahore Qalandars. Another side of Wiese is that he has immense experience and can bounce back in any given situation.

5) Corbin Bosch - MI Cape Town/Peshawar Zalmi

Corbin Bosh was another key player for MI Cape Town who was involved in shaping a good future for the team. His pace was a valuable addition for Cape Town in SA20 2025 and the results were positive for the team. Bosch failed to perform with the bat as an all-rounder but he came out on top with his bowling attack and became the 10th highest wicket-taker in the league.
