Indian cricket has reached a new level with the beginning of the state-focused T20 cricket league. In recent times, the Tamil Nadu Premier League has become one of the best state premier leagues in the country. The 9th edition of the Tamil Nadu Premier League is all set to begin from 5th June.

TNPL 2025 will be in action for a month, which will include 31 fixtures which will be played in four different cities, and every fixture will be covered by cricket betting websites. The matches of TNPL 2025 will take place at Coimbatore, Salem, Tirunelveli, and Dindigul. Once the league stage fixtures are done, the playoffs and finals will take place at the NPR College Ground, Dindigul.

They defeated the Kovai Kings in the final match and lifted the trophy for the first time in the history of the Tamil Nadu Premier League. Dindigul Dragons will be the defending champions this year, and they will be eyeing to continue the momentum this year.

When it comes to the point table, Kovai Kings came out as the strongest team in the league. They finished at the top of the point table with 6 wins and a single loss. Their net run rate was recorded at +0.728. They were followed by Idream Tiruppur Tamizhans finished in the 2nd spot in the point table with 4 wins and 3 losses and a net run rate of +0.677. They were eliminated after a defeat against Kovai Kings in the playoffs.

Chepauk Super Giles, who are the strongest team in the history of TNPL, finished at the 3rd spot in the point table with 4 wins and 3 losses. They have won the league on 4 occasions and they will be eyeing to bounce back in the upcoming season.

The Salem Spartans were the weakest link in the league last year. They went through a nightmare and finished at the bottom of the point table with a single win and 6 massive defeats. As the new season begins, the Salem Spartans will be hoping for a better performance, and the betting websites in India will have the best odds for their matches.
