Check out the BBL predictions for WBBL season 10.
Perth Scorchers, who won their only title in 2021-22, have signed the Indonesian bowling all-rounder Ni Made Putri Suwandewi for WBBL 10 as an associate rookie for the team.
Ni Made Putri Suwandewi is an all-rounder who is known for her swing bowling and quick run-scoring ability from the lower end. She caught the eye of coach Becky Grundy and boss Kade Harvey when they were on a trip to Bali.
Perth Scorchers’ primary pacer, Piepa Cleary, has been sidelined for the whole season due to her knee injury. It is expected that Suwandewi will be used as Piepa Cleary’s will be replacement in WBBL 10.
"The WBBL has been a competition I have admired from afar for a long time, and I am looking forward to being involved as a player this season," said Suwandewi after signing the contract with the Perth Scorchers.
