WPL 2025 Qualification Scenarios: Who will Make the Playoffs in the Women's Premier League?

The third season of the Women’s Premier League has reached the end of the league stage. Out of the five teams, the top three will be qualifying for the final game and a single playoff fixture. The whole season was thrilling and showcased some of the best women’s cricket this year. 

WPL 2025 - Point Table

According to the WPL 2025 point table, Delhi Capitals have again come out as the table toppers for the third consecutive time. They have won 5 matches and have witnessed 3 losses. Delhi Capitals

Mumbai Indians are currently at the third position in the point table and that brings on the edge. They need to win one of their last two fixture at the league stage to qualify for the playoffs. If they win both fixtures, Mumbai Indians will directly qualify for the final fixture. Their last two fixtures are against Gujarat Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Royal Challengers Bangalore

The defending champions - Royal Challengers Bangalore started the league on a positive note, but they have now lost 4 matches in a row and the team is in big trouble. They are left with two fixtures in the league and the team needs to win both fixtures to make sure they qualify for the playoffs.

UP Warriorz

The bottom listed UP Warriorz are already eliminated from the tournament. In any scenario, they won’t be able to qualify for the playoffs but the team management can just hope to end the league on a positive note.
