They arrived in Sweden for the title defence of Viking Cup but failed to win a single game this year. They will take on Norway once again for the 3rd place playoff game. They were the winners of the 2025 Viking Cup where they defeated Norway in the final. However, Norway avenged the loss by defeating them in this year’s group stage game.
