The innings was powered by a magnificent performance from Player of the Match, Arjit Singh, who scored a blistering 63 runs from just 33 balls, including five sixes. He was well-supported by Nipun Sharda, who anchored the innings with a steady 22 runs, and Angad Bawa, who provided a late flourish with a quickfire 19.

The Strikers' bowlers then did an excellent job of defending the total. Jaskirat Mehra was the pick of the bowlers, taking three key wickets for only 17 runs in his three overs. K Kaila also made a significant contribution with two wickets for 23 runs. 

The disciplined bowling effort ensured the Panchkula Bashers fell short of the target, managing only 132/7 in their 17 overs, securing a well-deserved victory for the Capital Strikers.

The Talanoa Tigers are coming off a five-wicket defeat to Altruistian in Match 5 of the Chandigarh Premier League T20 Tournament. Batting first, the Tigers posted a competitive total of 157/6, thanks to a strong performance from Nehal Pajni, who scored a well-compiled 58 runs from 41 balls, providing a solid foundation for the innings. 

He was ably supported by Abhishek Singh's quick-fire 31 from just 21 deliveries, which gave the total a much-needed late boost. However, despite their best efforts with the bat, the Tigers' bowling attack struggled to defend the target. 

While Gurnoor Singh and Gaurav Gambhir were the pick of the bowlers, each taking two wickets, they couldn't create enough pressure to restrict the Altruistian batsmen. The Tigers will need to address their bowling and fielding lapses and deliver a more cohesive performance in all three departments if they hope to secure a victory in this match.
