The England Women suffered a 38-run defeat in the first game. Lauren Bell’s 2 wickets in the first over couldn’t help the hosts much as India managed to score 188. In return, Amy Jones scored the only half-century from the English side (67). England Women fail 38-runs short of the target. 

Sophia Dunkley will open the innings with Alice Capsey. Both Dunkley and Cpasey were dismissed in the first four overs of the first game. England should bring back Danni Wyatt-Hodge, who had put up a partnership of 101 runs with Dunkley against India Women in the last series.

Perhaps Maia Boucher might get a chance.
