After posting 322 in the first innings, they conceded a massive 316-run lead as SBP produced a dominant batting display. Ghani Glass were then bowled out for 298 in their second innings and suffered an innings defeat. Mohsin Riaz and Ali Razzaq fought hard with centuries, but their efforts could not prevent the loss. After three matches, Ghani Glass have one win, one draw and one defeat.

Earlier, Ghani Glass registered a commanding victory over Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL). They bowled SNGPL out for 152 before piling up 409 in their first innings. SNGPL were then dismissed for 243 in the second innings, falling 14 runs short of avoiding an innings defeat. Sharjeel Khan was the star with the bat, smashing a brilliant 156, while Shoaib Akhtar claimed a five-wicket haul in the first innings and Khurram Shahzad finished with nine wickets in the match.

In their opening game, Ghani Glass fought out a hard-earned draw against Khan Research Laboratories (KRL). They conceded a 206-run first-innings lead and were set a daunting target of 457 after KRL opted not to enforce the follow-on. Ghani showed excellent resilience on the final day, reaching 207/4 to secure the draw and collect seven points. Haseebullah Khan scored 99 in the first innings, while Mirza Baig contributed 79 in the second.

Sharjeel Khan has been their standout batter, scoring 315 runs in three matches, including a century and a half-century. Mirza Baig has added 225 runs, while Ali Razzaq and Mohsin Riaz have contributed 222 and 219 runs respectively. With the ball, Khurram Shahzad leads the attack with 10 wickets from three innings, while Shoaib Akhtar has claimed seven. Ghani Glass will be eager to put the Peshawar defeat behind them and produce a stronger all-round performance in their next outing.

Markhor IT Solutions (MITS) head into the contest on the back of another draw in the 2026 President Trophy. They secured a 201-run first-innings lead after posting 434 against Sui Northern. Instead of enforcing the follow-on, MITS batted again and set a target of 394 runs. Sui Northern survived 50 overs in the fourth innings to secure the draw. Atiq-ur-Rehman scored a century in both innings, while Khalid Usman claimed six wickets.

Earlier, MITS shared points with Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) in their second assignment. They posted a massive 660 in the first innings to secure a 170-run lead. KRL were then reduced to 167/9 in the second innings before both captains agreed to a draw. Mohammad Farooq, Salman Khan and Atiq-ur-Rehman scored centuries for MITS, with Salman falling just 18 runs short of a double century.

In their opening game, MITS narrowly avoided defeat against Kingsmen Academy after being forced to follow on. Chasing Hyderabad’s 565, MITS were bowled out for 330 and were asked to bat again. They set a target of 150, but Kingsmen Academy could not reach it within the allotted time, resulting in another draw. MITS secured a first-innings lead in two of their three drawn matches.

Mohammad Farooq has been one of MITS’ standout batters, scoring 378 runs, including two centuries and a half-century. Atiq-ur-Rehman leads their run-scoring charts with 403 runs at an average of 67.16, including two centuries. Salman Khan has contributed 314 runs. With the ball, Muhammad Ismail leads the attack with nine wickets, while Khalid Usman has also made an impact with six wickets.
