Gautam Shastry takes over as skipper from Ankit Sharma this year, and he would like to see a better show from the team. They batted poorly last year and paid the price in most games. The team has made several changes and expects the new players to do well. They face a strong team in this game and must get their acts right to win.  

Marimuthu Vikneshwaran and Mohammed Aqib Jawad are key batters in the team and must do well. In the middle order, the team expects runs from Ankit Sharma, Gautam Shastry, and Md Waseef Mukadam. Aman Khan and Bhupender Chauhan must use the long handle and add quick runs in the lower middle order.   

The bowling attack will face a tough challenge in this game. Pratham Nagori and Vijai Raja must strike early in the game to put the team in a strong position. Ajay Rohera was the star batter for the team last season, and he would like to deliver a strong start in this game with Aahil Kachru.
