The Falcons finished at bottom of the table with just two wins out of six matches. They failed to reach the finals of the first season. They are ready to gear up for the season 2 of the event and their first assignment is against the Pearl Strikers. 

The Falcons will take on the Pearl Strikers once again after facing them in the 3rd place encounter. They lost both games connivingly. Kuwait posted 167 runs in the first innings without getting a half-century. Pearl chased down the total with eight balls left and Dhaksh Lakshman bagged a four-wicket haul in the defeat. In the 3rd place playoff game, Pearl beat them again by 7 wickets. Meanwhile, Kuwait beat Pearl in the second attempt during the league stage while chasing the target. 

Clinto Anto could be a player to watch out for. He was the leading run-scorer for the Falcons last season with 216 runs at a strike rate of 177. He also scored a century in the tournament. The Strikers secured only two wins out of six matches. They secured third place after beating the Kuwait Falcons in the 3rd place playoff game. The Strikers will now kick off their campaign against the Kuwait Falcons, whom they defeated twice last season. 

Pearl chased down 139 runs in the 3rd place off game with 20 balls left. Their two wins came against the Falcons and Failaika Guardians. In both games, they batted second and completed the chase. In the final league game, they chased down 156 against the runners-up.

Despite an inconsistent season, the Strikers are optimistic of reaching the final this year, aided by stronger draft picks. They open their campaign against Kuwait Falcons, a team they defeated twice last season.

Adnan Idrees could be a player to watch out for. He was the second-highest run-getter in the last edition with 316 runs in 6 innings at a strike rate of 178.53. He also scored a century in the tournament. Ali ZaheerUddin also contributed 260 runs in 6 innings and helped his team to finish third.
